Was just looking at today's date 11.1.11. Hmmm...every year we get one such day like 09.09.09, 10.10.10; but this year we have four such dates. The very first day of this year which is over 1.1.11; today 11.1.11, then we have 1.11.11 and 11.11.11 coming up in the month of November. So any takers for these fancy numbers??

Mirror Dressed Up...

Just added some widgets on the side bar. First a few Internet Radio stations have been added under Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil categories - just have to select the station from the drop boxes - of course some stations don't work :-). Then there is an Astrology section that gives daily, weekly and monthly forecast for all star signs. Then a section from where most of the news sites can be accessed. Then you have shoutmix to shout at me :-) other than comments. You also have a live cricket score widget. Thinking anything else can be added...

It is true that the world has shrunk with the advent of Internet. And with it came more and more avenues of working from home - be it tutoring students abroad, transcription, subtitling - opportunities are ample. We spend a lot of money to get trained in any profession of our choice and then there is no gaurantee that we will end up high in that field.
